Get the biggest vitamin bang for your buck by steaming most of your veggies. Boiling leeches more nutrients from the food into the water than steaming does. Plus the flavor of steamed veggies is great! After steaming, toss in a little olive oil and season.

Mix N' Chop... LOVE!
It's great for mashing ground meats instead of using a spoon. I used to make the biggest mess, especially with partially frozen meat. Breaks it up evenly. I've also used it to mash tomatoes when making marinara sauce. You can get it through a Pampered Chef consultant.
