Trending right now is food offered to be low fat and fat free. Many people who are trying to eat healthier and lose weight are cutting fat out of their diet! How’s that working for ya? The Truth: Our body needs to consume fats! *The human brain is practically 60% fat * Fatty acids are crucial to your brain’s integrity and performance *Fats help our cell membranes *They help transport vitamins A,D,E and K throughout the body Think of the harm you could be doing to your body by completely cutting them out. I’m not saying to help yourself to your favorite bag of chips, or to eat an entire pan of brownies. The fats that help our bodies to perform are specific fats. Here’s the important thing to remember, NOT ALL FATS ARE CREATED EQUAL!
